How to make lumpia

Lumpia is probably one of the staple and popular Filipino dish. This popular eggroll is always present whenever there's occasion or whenever you go to Pinoy parties. Anyhow, Enjoy the video and keep on drooling! lol mwah! Thank you for being here!

1 lb. of ground pork
3 pcs. of carrots (finely chopped)
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
1 lumpia wrapper
cooking oil
For Eggwash : combine 1/4 cup water and egg

Tip: Fill a 1 qt. Ziploc bag full of the meat mixture and seal the bag. Snip off one of the bottom corners of the bag to create a makeshift piping bag. Cool trick to make the job done go faster.

You can use water to seal the egg roll but I find it easier  use egg wash instead.

***this recipe will make 30-35 pieces of lumpia***

Japanese Beef Curry

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 lb beef
2 brick of Japanese Golden curry
3 carrots (cut into cubes)
3 Yukon gold potatoes (cut into cubes)
6 cups water
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt (depends on your taste)
1 tbsp of flour dissolved in 2 tbsp of water for thickener

boiled egg

Here's How:

* In a pan, add olive oil. Then saute  garlic, onion and beef. Add pepper. Cook it until the meat is brown. (Probably takes about 10minutes).
*Add the water and 1 cube of Japanese golden curry. Cook up to 30-45 minutes or until the beef is tender.
* Add carrots, potatoes and another curry cube. It's up to you on how much curry cube you wanna put. I like mine not too strong and the curry flavor still there. You can also add a pinch of salt to taste.
*Cook the vegetables 20 minutes or until everything is tender.
*Dissolved 1 tbsp of flour into 2-3 tbsp of water. Combine it together and add it to the pan. This will make the curry thicken.

Enjoy and Thanks for being here :)
