I'm not sure if some of you seen the documentary called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" . Its about guy who was a 100 lbs overweight suffering from a disease, loaded with pills and medicine. He was fat, sick and nearly dead. In order to regain his health, he had a personal mission. He started juicing fresh fruit and vegetables for 60 days with no solid food. It was a really inspiring documentary. I highly recommend to watch it!

So much for that, hubby and I got inspired and bought juicer couple months ago and didn't even use it until now, lol. We're not really on a diet, we just want to be healthy. And if you don't like to eat fruits and vegetables like my hubby, this is a great way to take them into your body by turning it into juice! 

So what we had was 3 pcs. of carrots, 3 stalks of celery, 4 leaves of lettuce, 1 pc. of pear, 1 pc. of orange and 2 small pcs. of apples. That's it! It was really good I'll tell yah. From now on, we will be juicing everyday. Try it for yourself ;).
