Japanese Beef Curry



Ingredients: 

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 lb beef
2 brick of Japanese Golden curry
3 carrots (cut into cubes)
3 Yukon gold potatoes (cut into cubes)
6 cups water
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt (depends on your taste)
1 tbsp of flour dissolved in 2 tbsp of water for thickener

Optional:
boiled egg
rice

Here's How: 

* In a pan, add olive oil. Then saute  garlic, onion and beef. Add pepper. Cook it until the meat is brown. (Probably takes about 10minutes).
*Add the water and 1 cube of Japanese golden curry. Cook up to 30-45 minutes or until the beef is tender.
* Add carrots, potatoes and another curry cube. It's up to you on how much curry cube you wanna put. I like mine not too strong and the curry flavor still there. You can also add a pinch of salt to taste.
*Cook the vegetables 20 minutes or until everything is tender.
*Dissolved 1 tbsp of flour into 2-3 tbsp of water. Combine it together and add it to the pan. This will make the curry thicken.
